The lie it answers. Hustle culture says rest is for after you have earned it. Jesus says it is what he gives to the exhausted, and that his yoke is easy and his burden is light. Where the thread is red, it is red because he said it.
The context. Matthew 11:28-30 is Jesus speaking: Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. He goes on: take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (11:29). The invitation is to his yoke, not to a better schedule.
