Mobile Terms

The Christian Influencers Club mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by GAINES PRO HOLDINGS LLC - CHURCHGAINS SERIES ("Christian Influencers Club", "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or end the Service, or any of its features, without notice. To the extent the law allows, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the change.
What you're signing up for
By consenting to Christian Influencers Club's text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS, MMS or RCS) from and on behalf of Christian Influencers Club, through your wireless provider, at the mobile number you provided. This applies even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
- Promotional messages: announcements when a new drop opens, and occasional offers.
- Service messages: one text when you sign up asking you to reply Y to confirm, a confirmation after you reply, and replies when you text HELP or STOP. We send no marketing texts until you reply Y.
We don't send cart reminder texts.
Consent isn't required to buy
You don't have to join this program to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase from Christian Influencers Club. Joining is completely voluntary.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. We usually text about 1–2 times a month, when a new drop opens. We don't charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. You're responsible for any charges from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan or contact your provider for details.
How to stop
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text from us to cancel. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you sign up again. Unsubscribing from texts doesn't unsubscribe you from our emails. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Reply HELP to any text from us, or email store@christianinfluencers.club.
If our number changes
We may change the phone number we use to run the Service at any time, and we'll let you know if we do. Messages sent to a number we no longer use, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we can't be responsible for honoring them.
Carriers and your number
Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Service is for US mobile numbers only. You agree to give us a valid mobile number that you own or have permission to use. If you get a new number, you'll need to sign up again with the new number.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in that information, or for any action you take or don't take based on the information or the Service.
Your privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not share your opt-in to our text program, or your consent status, with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the Service. We may share your information, including your text opt-in and consent status, with companies that help us deliver our messages, such as our messaging platform provider and phone carriers.
