Refund policy
We don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order. The size guide on each product page has the measurements for that exact piece. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you pick.
Damaged, misprinted, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email store@christianinfluencers.club within 5 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- clear photos or a short video of the problem, and
- a photo of the label, if it's the wrong item or size.
Please reply promptly to our emails and send any extra photos we ask for, so we can get you a solution quickly. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll close the claim.
We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you'd prefer. Please don't mail anything back unless we ask: returns sent without our instructions can't be accepted. If we do need the item back, we'll email you the return address and instructions.
Lost in transit
If tracking stops moving and your package hasn't arrived, email us within 5 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order if it's confirmed lost.
What we can't refund
- Change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout (see above).
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained or altered, unless the problem is a defect.
- Orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect shipping address or phone number entered at checkout. We'll gladly re-ship once you confirm the right address; the second shipment may carry a shipping charge.
Cancellations
Orders can’t be cancelled or changed once they’re placed, so please double-check your size, color and shipping address before you check out.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Gift cards and sale items
Gift cards can't be refunded. Sale items are covered for damage and misprints like everything else.
