Shipping policy

Delivery times

Each product page shows its delivery time. Some pieces usually arrive in 4–7 days; others take 10–17 days. Orders with several pieces may arrive in separate packages.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (late November through December) can add a few days. For Christmas delivery in the US, order 10–17-day pieces by December 5 and 4–7-day pieces by December 15.

Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders with several pieces may arrive in separate packages.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll re-ship it once you confirm the right address; the second shipment may carry a shipping charge.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking stops moving and your package hasn't arrived, email us within 5 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll open an investigation. If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us within 5 days of the delivery date. We'll help file a claim with the carrier.
