Terms of service

These terms apply when you use christianinfluencers.club or buy from Christian Influencers Club, operated by GAINES PRO HOLDINGS LLC - CHURCHGAINS SERIES ("CIC", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The store
The site runs on Shopify. We may update products, prices and these terms at any time; changes apply from the time they're posted and don't affect orders already placed.

2. Products
Product images are representative. Colors and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Sizes and measurements are listed in each product's size guide.

3. Scripture
Scripture on our products and site is quoted from the World English Bible (public domain) unless marked otherwise.

4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes, which are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times and costs are covered in our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property
Our designs, graphics, logos (including the Christian Influencers Club wordmark, †CLUB mark and Members crest), photos and site content belong to CIC. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. The Scripture text itself is public domain.

7. Text messages
If you sign up for texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS, MMS or RCS) from Christian Influencers Club at the number you gave, about 1–2 a month, when a new drop opens. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or scrape it at scale.

9. Third-party services
Payments and shipping are provided by third parties (such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers) under their own terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
