Privacy policy

Christian Influencers Club ("CIC", "we", "us"), operated by GAINES PRO HOLDINGS LLC - CHURCHGAINS SERIES, runs christianinfluencers.club. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional) and order details. Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
  • When you join the club (email list): your email address, and the fact that you signed up.
  • When you sign up for texts: your mobile number, the consent wording you agreed to, where you agreed (the sign-up form or checkout), the date and time, and your reply confirming the sign-up.
  • When you contact us: what you send us.
  • When you browse: device and usage information collected by cookies and similar technologies (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser type), through Shopify and any analytics or marketing tools we turn on.

How we use it

  • To make, ship and support your order. Your name and address go to the companies that make and ship your order and to shipping carriers so your order can be prepared and delivered.
  • To send the club email (news when new pieces and drops open) if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To send you marketing text messages (SMS, MMS or RCS) when a new drop opens, only if you agreed to them on our sign-up form or at checkout and confirmed by replying Y. Consent is not a condition of purchase. About 1–2 messages a month. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We will not share your opt-in to our text program, or your consent status, with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with that program. We may share it with the companies that help us deliver texts, such as Klaviyo and phone carriers. Full details are in our Mobile Terms.
  • To run, secure and improve the store, and to prevent fraud.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, the companies that make and ship orders, shipping carriers, and Klaviyo (our sign-up form, welcome email and text message provider). We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser and, where offered, through the cookie banner on our site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email store@christianinfluencers.club. You can also use our Your privacy choices page (/pages/data-sharing-opt-out). We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Children

The store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
